Sindhi Biryani Recipe with Ready Made Masala

The busy days when I am actually running here and there to solve world's problems  😆 means job and home chores 🙂 . Returning home late or some times at home busy with kids doing weekly cleaning, So no time for cooking but still want to feed my family the best food what they actually like and eat. What I do 🙂 . There are 6-7 dishes which are my go to recipes, which take less than 1 hour to make. Early morning I go in the kitchen and make them or some time make them just before serving. Here is the first that kind of recipe I am sharing here. Biryani.

Everyone love this traditional dish Biryani. But making it sometimes get a little difficult. Because of many ingredients used in it also because of so many steps. So I am showing here a way of making it, so easy and quick that I used in my daily routine.

For me this dish is always like a comfort food because my family love it. So I make it at least 2-3 times in a week with different methods. Some times I have time then I do it properly with a specific recipe and scratch but sometimes I am really busy but still want to feed my family a good meal then I make it quick but in perfect taste.

Sindhi Biryani

There are so many other biryani recipes in my blog you can see them here. Do try them, they all are very delicious with easy step by step methods.

For rice I always use Ultimate Guard Rice because these have perfect taste and texture. Also I am using Shan's Sindhi Biryani Masala here. This is quiet mild in taste and I am not following the recipe written on it. I made it in a quick and easy way.

You can also use this method for making biryani for big gatherings because it is very easy and it will not go wrong 🙂
